- Signed, Sealed City of Ferndale Sign Bond Form
- Signed Power of Attorney attached to Sign Bond
- Certificate of Liability Insurance ($100,000),
Property Damage Insurance ($25,000) and Personal
Injury ($300,000)
- A Permit from MDOT (Michigan Department of
Transportation) may be required for Signs erected
overhanging the public sidewalk
- Signs in the Downtown District (DDA) require
compliance with Ordinance #918 (Appearance Review).
*If sign is electrical, the sign erector must have:
- A Sign specialist license -or-
- Electrician on staff (note under sign erector
license).
