mobility impaired individuals, or organizations representing
them.
The Committee is to identify problems and formulate a
transition plan to comply with the requirements of the ADA
Act. Meetings twice a year, or more if needed, with an
appointed Secretary to take minutes of the meeting. |

The City of Ferndale Library Board consists of six trustees
elected by the citizens of Ferndale for six-year terms, with
two trustees elected every two years. The Library Director
serves on the Board as an ex-officio, non-voting member.
The Library Board is officially responsible for the
operation of the public library, adopting long- and
short-range plans for the library’s growth, deciding on the
course of action and setting schedules for implementing
plans, and serving as the “connecting link” between the
